Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

United States shipping

Available services, prices, and delivery estimates for United States orders are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

International shipping

Standard Shipping costs USD 2.97 and has an estimated transit time of 3 to 5 business days.

Express Shipping costs USD 5.73 and has an estimated transit time of 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery estimates

Transit times begin after the order is dispatched. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or an incomplete address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.

Address changes

Contact contact@montverell.shop as soon as possible if a shipping address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has been dispatched.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or an order arrives damaged, contact contact@montverell.shop with the order number. We will review the issue and assist with the carrier when appropriate.
