30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email contact@montverell.shop with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions. Customers are responsible for providing and paying for the return shipping label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized items, items marked final sale, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
